Place the wax melter on a stable, heat-resistant surface that's away from flammable objects, children, and pets. The wax melter and melted wax can get very hot, so don't touch them while they're on or while the wax is still liquid. Never leave the wax melter unattended while it's on or out of sight. Don't overfill the wax melter. The wax level should be less than the dish to prevent spillage. Use a candle snuffer or turn off the wax melter instead of blowing out the flame. Blowing out the flame can cause hot wax to splatter. Let the wax melter cool completely before moving it or removing the wax. Please refer to the manufacturer's cleaning instructions for your particular burner.Store wax melts in a cool, dry place that's away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
